Venable Recruits Desirée Moore as Commercial Litigation Partner

Desirée Moore has joined Venable as a partner in the commercial litigation practice in the Chicago office, the firm announced Monday.

Moore represents corporations, educational institutions, nonprofit organizations, and national governing bodies in navigating crises in addition to regulatory investigations and litigation in the aftermath, according to Venable.

She manages bet-the-company and class action disputes in the data breach, cryptocurrency, and intellectual property areas, said the firm.
