Venable Adds Kelly as Partner to Chicago IP Litigation Group

Adam Kelly has joined Venable LLP as a partner in the intellectual property litigation and technology group in Chicago, the firm announced Monday.

Kelly has represented clients in assertion, prosecution, opposition, and invalidity challenge matters before the US Patent and Trademark Office, the European Patent Office, and the Korean Patent office, said Venable.

His clients includes those in the agricultural science, biotechnology, electronic trading, green energy, hospitality, medical devices, and pharmaceuticals industries, according to Venable.
