Valve Corp.’s agreement with a Leigh M. Rothschild affilated company doesn’t require its lawsuit denying patent infringement and accusing the prolific inventor of violating a Washington state patent troll prevention law to be filed in Texas instead of the Evergreen State, a federal judge ruled in denying a venue change.
