Software company Valve Corp. told a federal judge prolific inventor Leigh Rothschild is refusing to produce financial records for discovery in a dispute concerning an allegedly breached patent licensing agreement.
Miami-based Rothschild and his affiliated companies’ financial information, including how they move money among each other, can help determine whether they brought lawsuits in bad faith, Valve said in a motion to compel filed May 16 in the US District Court for the Western District of Washington.
