VA Defeats Claims It Infringed ‘Veterans 360' Trademarks

The Department of Veterans Affairs’ use of the name “Vet360" wasn’t likely to confuse consumers with a similarly named veterans’ nonprofit and didn’t infringe its trademarks, a California federal court ruled.

Rick Collins renamed his veteran-support nonprofit Veterans 360 in 2012. According to Collins, the nonprofit does business as both “Veterans 360" and “Vets 360.”
