Brand owners who file Uniform Rapid Suspension proceedings targeting a new top-level domain at the National Arbitration Forum will pay a minimum of $375 under a proposed fee schedule posted by NAF April 22.
The fee schedule is contained in NAF’s supplemental rules for the URS, which still must be approved by the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers. The rules are subject to revision until July 1.
