Uniloc Fails to Keep Patent Licensing Docs Hidden in Apple Fight

A San Francisco federal judge ordered the release of information about Uniloc’s patent licensing agreements, dealing another setback to the patent holding company.

Judge William Alsup ordered various documents be disclosed in Uniloc’s patent fight with Apple Inc. in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California. This includes the names of dozens of Uniloc’s licensees, as well as the dates and dollar amounts of the deals.
