Ugg Maker Sues Steve Madden Over Fluffy Slipper Trade Dress

The maker of Ugg boots sued Steven Madden Ltd. in Los Angeles federal court for allegedly infringing trade dress covering its “Fluff Yeah Slide” line of fuzzy slippers.

Deckers Outdoor Corp.‘s Tuesday complaint is one of many trademark and design patent lawsuits filed by the company over the past few years related to its shoe designs.
