UConn, Samsung Resolving Patent Suit Over Smartwatch Technology

Samsung Electronics Co., the University of Connecticut and two other academic institutions are working to resolve a patent infringement dispute concerning the creation and sale of tech giant’s line of Galaxy smartwatches.
