Twilio Sued Again by Missed Call Over Patent, This Time in Texas

Twilio Inc.'s cloud communication platform allegedly infringes technology that lets users know they’ve missed a phone call, according to a lawsuit filed in an Austin federal court.

Missed Call LLC, a non-practicing entity based in Austin, accused Twilio of infringing US Patent No. 9,531,872 in a complaint filed Tuesday in the US District Court for the Western District of Texas.
