Traxcell Sues to Stop Verizon’s Fees Enforcement in Patent Case

Traxcell Technologies LLC told a Texas federal judge Verizon Wireless can’t recover attorney’s fees awarded in an earlier lawsuit through an order forcing Traxcell’s patents into receivership.

Cellco Partnership, doing business as Verizon, is trying to collect under a void order, according to a complaint filed Monday in the US District Court for the Western District of Texas.
