A trademark attorney who sued Amazon, Inc. for defamation over allegations that she was associated with abusive and risky conduct is now settling the case, with Amazon apologizing and acknowledging she had not engaged in any misconduct.
Nazly Aileen Bayramoglu, an attorney at Bayramoglu Law Offices LLC, sued Amazon in May after she received an email that two of her clients had their Amazon Brand Registry applications denied over allegations of improper attorney conduct which she claimed she wasn’t involved in.
