Trade Secrets Suit Alleges Betrayal Over $650 Million Army Deal

A defense contractor’s former partner double-crossed it and stole trade secrets to win a $650 million contract for technology support services at the US Army’s Aberdeen Proving Ground, according to a lawsuit filed in Maryland federal court.

Oasis Systems LLC “switched sides” in a “deliberate and blatant” contract breach by pulling out of a partnership with TRAX International Corp. and instead merging with its competitor to secure the contract, TRAX’s complaint in the US District Court for the District of Maryland said.
