Toys R Us Sold Counterfeit ‘Magic Tracks’ Car Toys, Suit Says

Toys R Us Inc. infringed the trademarks and copyrights of another toy-maker’s car and track set called “Magic Tracks,” a lawsuit filed Monday in New Jersey federal court alleges.

The complaint said Toys R Us sold counterfeit Magic Tracks products at its retail store at the American Dream mall in East Rutherford, New Jersey, and other locations.

Ontel Products Corp., which makes the Magic Tracks comprising “bendable tracks, vehicles and accessories,” first started selling the product in 2016.
