Tiffany (NJ) LLC filed a trademark infringement suit against New York City retailer Nally Jewels Inc., alleging the company is selling merchandise wrongfully bearing counterfeits of the Tiffany registered trademarks.
Tiffany purchased an item listed as a Tiffany & Co. Jean Schlumberger Amethyst Bird on a Rock Brooch for sale online by Nally for approximately $68,800, including sales tax, according to the complaint filed Monday in the US District Court for the Southern District of New York..
