Textron Seeks $367 Million From Blacklisted Chinese Drone Maker

Textron Innovations Inc. told a Texas federal jury that SZ DJI Technology Co.'s inclusion on a US government blacklist of Chinese companies should play a key role in the damages at stake in their patent infringement dispute.

The trial, presided over by Judge Alan D. Albright of the US District Court for the Western District of Texas’ Waco Division, began Monday.
