Tempus AI Says Ex-Workers Took Trade Secrets to Guardant Health

Two former Tempus AI Inc. employees stole its trade secrets on their way out and have used the data to benefit the competing health technology company they work for now, a federal lawsuit says.

Sean Beyer and Cydney Paden copied confidential customer data and other proprietary information before leaving Tempus for Guardant Health Inc., violating their confidentiality agreements, according to a complaint filed Wednesday in the US District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
