Tesla Hit With Suit Over Photograph Used at Semi Truck Unveiling

Tesla Inc. was hit with a copyright infringement lawsuit Monday from a photographer alleging that the electric car maker used his photograph of a semi truck in YouTube videos without his permission.

The photograph, taken by James Martin in 2016, depicts the steering wheel and driver’s console of a truck, according to the complaint filed in the US District Court for the Western District of Texas.
