Teladoc Sues Amwell for Patent Royalties on Telehealth Tech

Teladoc said Amwell’s telemedicine carts, high-quality digital stethoscope and multi-lens digital scope infringe nine patents for technologies used in remote health care.

  • Teladoc is seeking cash compensation of at least a reasonable royalty and a court order blocking further unauthorized use of the inventions, according to complaint filed Monday in federal court in Wilmington, Delaware
