Taylor Swift Fan’s Copyright Win Stands as Justices Pass on Case

The US Supreme Court rejected the owner of a controversial web forum who asked it to block a lawsuit over his users posting a book about unsuccessfully suing Taylor Swift.

Joshua Moon argued that the Tenth Circuit court had wrongly revived a contributory copyright infringement lawsuit against him and his site Kiwi Farms based on his failure to act on Russell Greer’s takedown notice after users posted his book, “Why I Sued Taylor Swift and How I Became Falsely Known as Frivolous, Litigious and Crazy.”
