Taylor Made, Costco Golf Club-Patent Suit Paused Pending Appeal

A federal judge agreed to pause Taylor Made Golf Co.’s golf club patent infringement lawsuit against Costco Wholesale Corp. while the retail giant appeals last month’s denial of its bid to compel arbitration.

Judge Andrew G. Schopler granted the parties’ joint motion to stay Wednesday, according to a docket entry in the US District Court for the Southern District of California.
