Tata’s Jaguar Sues to Block Imports of Porsche, VW, Audi SUVs

Tata Motors’ Jaguar Land Rover unit is seeking to block U.S. imports of Audi, Porsche, Lamborghini and Volkswagen vehicles that it says are using Jaguar’s patented invention for vehicle control systems, according to a complaint filed with the International Trade Commission in Washington.

• Jaguar Land Rover also filed lawsuits Thursday over the patent against the companies in federal courts in Wilmington, Delaware, and Newark, New Jersey, seeking unspecified damages and court orders blocking further unauthorized use of its invention, according to the complaints
