Target Corp. will have to defend against a lawsuit alleging that it copied the website of an interior design app that allows users to plan room decorations for a child’s nursery using digital replicas and 3D furniture.
A Delaware federal court allowed Design with Friends Inc. on May 12 to advance copyright claims against Target over artwork, photographs, and website design of the app.
