Target, MCoBeauty Settle Dupe Suit Over Glow Recipe Dew Drops

Target Corp. and MCoBeauty Inc. settled prestige skincare brand Glow Recipe’s lawsuit accusing them of infringing the packaging of its Watermelon Glow Niacinamide Dew Drops.

The settlement terms are confidential and aren’t finalized, the parties told the US District Court for the Southern District of New York on Monday. The defendants noted the dispute “concerned a single superseded product image” that was removed immediately after Glow Recipe’s complaint.
