T-Mobile’s Sprint Hits Hurdle Over Damages in VoIP Patent Suit

T-Mobile US Inc.’s Sprint will have a tougher time making its damages case to a jury about alleged infringement by two units of Altice USA Inc. of patents for voice over IP systems, after a Delaware federal judge mostly sided with the defendants in two evidence rulings.
