Sun Pharma Asks Judge to Freeze Nivagen Suit Pending Transfer

Sun Pharmaceuticals Industries Inc. urged a Texas federal judge to pause Nivagen Inc.'s lawsuit against it over a neonatal seizure drug until the case’s transfer to New Jersey is finalized.
