The complaint filed Thursday in the US District Court for the District of Delaware by Stryker European Operations Holdings LLC and Howmedica Osteonics Corp. asserts four Stryker patents related to its ToeTax Xpress System of intramedullary implants used in hammertoe-correction procedures: US Patent Nos. 8,414,583, 9,168,074, 10,383,671, and 12,059,186.
