Stone Brewing Co. can “sell off” its Hazy IPA already on shelves in boxes that feature the slogan “Keep It Juicy,” but only if the craft-beer maker strives to cover every package bearing the registered trademark Sycamore Brewing LLC says it “ripped off” to dupe consumers, a federal judge ruled.
Stone can’t use the slogan and mark, or anything confusingly similar, on its Hazy IPA packaging until Sycamore’s infringement suit is resolved, according to Judge
