State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Co. and Atari Interactive Inc. agreed to dismiss a lawsuit accusing the insurance provider of copying elements of a video game in its “Gamerhood” advertising campaign.
The parties filed a joint stipulation of voluntary dismissal on Jan. 24 in the US District Court for the Northern District of Texas, noting each part would bear its own costs including attorneys’ fees.
