Sprint, Verizon Call Truce With IPCom in Suits Over Network Tech

IPCom GMBH & Co. KG has settled its patent infringement suits against Sprint Spectrum LP and Verizon Wireless, resolving a fight with the wireless providers over cellular network technology.

IPCom, Sprint, and Verizon, along with Nokia of America Corp., filed notices of settlement in their respective suits in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas Wednesday, indicating the claims between them were resolved.

The notice comes days after IPCom and AT&T Corp. said they reached their own agreement.
