Spanish Training Program Infringed Disney Copyrights, Suit Says

Disney Enterprises Inc. sued a hospitality consulting company over a “Disney executive bootcamp” training program it says infringes its copyrights and trademarks.

The Disney bootcamp business, operated by VPIHC Group LLC, offers Spanish-language training and education related to the “Disney Cultural Immersion” and the “Disney Signature Method” of customer service to Latin American customers, according to the complaint filed Thursday in the US District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
