Southwest Sues Travel Booking Site for Unauthorized Ticket Sales

Southwest Airlines Co. accused travel booking site Kiwi.com in Dallas federal court of selling its tickets, scraping its flight and pricing data, and using its trademarks without permission.

The Thursday complaint also says Kiwi adds unnecessary fees that Southwest doesn’t charge and refused to stop its “unlawful, deceptive, and harmful conduct” several times.
