Southwest Airlines Co. is accusing a travel booking site of selling its tickets, using its trademarks, and improperly obtaining its flight and fare data, in a lawsuit in a Texas federal court.
Skiplagged Inc., which operates the booking site, uses Southwest trademarks and fare information without permission and is scraping the fare data from Kiwi.com, another travel booking site to which Southwest has sent a series of cease and desist letters, the airline is alleging in its complaint filed July 23 in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas.
