Soundgarden and the widow of its late lead singer Chris Cornell settled a lawsuit over ownership rights to seven unreleased recordings made by Cornell in 2017.
Vicky Cornell posted an announcement of the settlement on social media accounts Monday. No entries regarding the settlement were filed to the US District Court for the Western District of Washington docket as of Tuesday afternoon, and details of the settlement weren’t immediately available.
The statement said the band and Cornell are “happy to announce they have reached an amicable out-of-court resolution.” A “new partnership” between them “will allow Soundgarden fans around the world ...
