Sony Unit Wins Order Barring Music Publisher From ‘Ultra’ Mark

Ultra International Music Publishing will have to stop using the “Ultra” trademark after a judge cemented a jury verdict against the music publisher in a lawsuit brough by Sony Music Entertainment subsidiary Ultra Records LLC.
