Crunchyroll LLC, an anime streaming firm, and a patent-monetization company have agreed to settle an infringement suit targeting the media company.
Crunchyroll and Preservation Technologies LLC asked the US District Court for the Eastern District of Texas to pause the case while they wrap up a formal settlement. Their joint motion states that the parties “reached an agreement in principle to resolve all claims and causes of action asserted in this action.”
