Google Gets Sonos Import Probe in Wireless Speaker IP Battle (1)

The US International Trade Commission voted to probe whether some Sonos Inc. speaker systems violate a trio of Google LLC patents and should be blocked from domestic sales, the trade body announced Friday.

The investigation could result in products like Sonos’ Move, Roam, Roam SL, Arc, Beam, and One audio systems undergoing design changes or being pulled from the US market.
