The New Hampshire Supreme Court sided with software company Collision Communications Inc. in its $23 million contract dispute with Finnish telecom giant Nokia Solutions and Networks OY.
The case concerns a software licensing deal that Collision, based in the state, and Nokia seemed to reach in 2017. The agreement is enforceable even though it was reached over the phone rather than in writing, wrote Justice Bryan K. Gould of the New Hampshire Supreme Court in a Thursday opinion in which three of the court’s four other justices concurred.
