Smoore’s Bid to Block Rival Cannabis Vaporizers Gets ITC Review

The International Trade Commission said it started an investigation based on a patent- and trademark-infringement complaint from Smoore seeking to block imports of vaping products used for cannabis and made or sold by more than three dozen companies and their distributors.

  • Smoore claims the companies are copying its patented inventions for ceramic vaporizer cartridges and trying to pass them off as Smoore’s CCELL vaping products that it describes as the “gold standard of vaporizer offerings”
