SmartWatch MobileConcepts Files Spate of Patent Lawsuits

SmartWatch MobileConcepts LLC has filed separate patent infringement suits against Google, T-Mobile, Timex Group USA, and Epson America Inc. over its patent for technology that allows wearable device users to access secure electronic systems.

All four suits were filed in the US District Court for the Western District of Texas on Wednesday and assigned to Judge David Counts. The complaints are essentially identical.
