Zurn Elkay Water Solutions Corp. is in settlement discussions in a lawsuit accusing the Wisconsin-based building and construction supplier of infringing a patent covering smartphone-connected vending machines.
Zurn Elkay and patent owner Automated Vending LLC asked the court to stay deadlines in the dispute for 30 days as they finalize their agreement, according to a joint motion to stay filed Monday in the US District Court for the Northern District of Texas.
