Skechers Shoe Company Sued By Brooks Over ‘Beast’ Trademark

Skechers U.S.A. Inc. was hit with a suit by Brooks Sports Inc., alleging the company is infringing on the “Beast” trademark used on Brooks running shoes since 1992.

Skechers began using the Beast mark on its running shoes in March 2023, with the release of its “Speed Beast” running shoe, according to the complaint filed Thursday in the US District Court for the Western District of Washington.
