Sig Sauer Inc. must go to trial on claims the gunmaker’s pivoting contour brace infringes two NST Global LLC patents, a New Hampshire federal judge ruled.
NST provided sufficient evidence to raise factual issues that a jury must decide, Judge Paul Barbadoro of the US District Court for the District of New Hampshire said, denying Sig Sauer’s summary judgment motion.
