Rebecca Stuart has joined Sidley as a partner in the labor and employment practice in Palo Alto, Calif., the firm said Monday.
Stuart represents clients in claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, breach of contract, wage and hour, wrongful termination, and other types of employment law matters, according to Sidley.
She also has experience with trade secret misappropriation issues and mergers and acquisitions, said the firm.
She joins from Wilson Sonsini.
