The Singaporean operating company for the fast-fashion behemoth Shein, Roadget Business PTE, won a temporary restraining order in a trademark infringement suit against its rival Temu.
The US District Court for the Northern District of Illinois on Monday said six out of seven factors in an assessment ofthe likelihood of consumer confusion weighed in Roadget’s factor, and that the plaintiff is likely to win its trademark infringement claims.
