InQuisient says it learned, after “a competitive bidding situation” in which the two companies were pursuing the same customer, of “strong similarities between techniques disclosed and covered in InQuisient’s foundational patents-in-suit and techniques used by ServiceNow’s Now platform,” according to a complaint filed Tuesday in the US District Court for the District of Delaware.
