Senior Judge Arthur Gajarsa Retires After 15 Years on Federal Circuit Bench

Senior Judge Arthur J. Gajarsa announced his retirement from the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit June 30 after 15 years on the bench. He had taken senior status just under a year ago.

“It has been indeed an honor and privilege to have worked with all of you during the past 15 years,” Gajarsa said to his colleagues in a parting message posted on the court’s website. “You made my work at the court easy to perform and a pleasure to undertake.
