Individuals who founded or manage Selfie Museum LLC have been dismissed from ongoing trademark infringement litigation brought by the Museum of Selfies Inc. in a Florida federal court.
The Los Angeles-based Museum of Selfies sets up interactive exhibits across the country that allow people to take selfies alongside commissioned artwork. It sued the Florida-based Selfie Museum in January, alleging it infringed its registered trademark by using a confusingly similar name in selfie exhibits across the country.
