Data PowerWorks LLC sued French energy equipment maker
Schneider Electric and its American unit infringed US Patent Nos. 9,000,613, 9,531,288, 7,960,862 and 8,035,250—which protect systems and methods for uninterruptible power supplies and relatedequipment—Data PowerWorks said in a complaint filed Thursday in the US District Court for the Eastern District of Texas.
