Consumers shouldn’t be able to download a digital watch dial to make their smartwatches look like a $10,000 Blancpain, a London court ruled.
Digital watch dials offered on the Samsung Galaxy App store violated trade marks for Swiss watch brands including Omega, Blancpain and Tissot, the court said.
